Basic role will be back-office assistant work in the maintenance division.

Basic work:

Serve as a customer liaison and arrange for personnel.

Create repair-related estimates.

Schedule maintenance and respond to customers.

※ The workload is increasing, and we need additional staff to deal with the job (Currently 1 person in charge)

Qualifications:

Office 365 (Excel)

Experience related (or admin/sales support)work for more than 1-2 years

Scheduling ability

Communication Skills

[Preferred]

Has experience working at a Japanese/foreign-affiliated company in the Philippines

A person who can proactively ask questions and solve problems.

Has experience handling the shipping docs

Note: May also be a good fit for those with sales experience
