Responsibilities

• Support project monitoring and evaluation by contributing to data collection, verification, processing, and documentation efforts. 
• Generate learner progress reports, profiles, completion rates, evaluation summaries and other program reports in various formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF) 
• Upload, download, organize and update materials in the Learning Management System (LMS) 
• Assist in preparing and formatting materials such as slide decks, handouts, infographics, audio, video, and other digital learning resources. 
• Provide timely assistance to learners, Learning Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants and other project team members. 
• Respond to technical and administrative queries related to learning sessions or materials. 
• Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements for workshops, meetings, and other project events. 
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, contracts, and project plans. 
• Ensure both digital and printed files follow prescribed filing and archiving procedures. 
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Project Manager, Unit Head or other authorized officials.
