Support in the conceptualization and formulation of policies, strategies, plans and programs, and identification of priority projects under the section;

Prepare necessary technical reports and other administrative materials relative to the DIMS Project, such as, but not limited to the following project reports, user manuals, and other formal documents;

Monitor and prepare relevant project communication materials under DIMS Project, such as, but not limited to the following memoranda, assessment reports, and other administrative report materials;

Prepare all necessary documentation materials (i.e. Minutes of the Meeting, Memorandum and etc.) and facilitate in processing all relevant documentary requirements for the DIMS Project;

Performs other tasks given by the supervisor.
