Requirement

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Designer, Illustrator, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software; adept in project management and cost estimation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create design concepts, prepare specifications, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Working Conditions: Collaborative office environment with occasional site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
