Contract Administrator

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, supporting project execution and minimizing risks.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and amendments.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring all obligations are met.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams to resolve contract-related issues.
• Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and bids.
• Support management of contract claims, variations, and dispute resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status and risks for management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Strong understanding of contract law and standard forms of contract (FIDIC)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
