Junior Project Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the day-to-day operation of the construction group making sure that a high quality program of construction work within the expected time schedule and projected budget is delivered
• Execute the project according to contract, plans and drawings
• Allocate, supervise, assign and discipline manpower for deployment
• Responsible in the preparation of material request, delivery permits, pull-out forms
• Assess and prepare / validate BOQ and BOM of of a particular project assigned and given by the Project Manager
• Prepare and secure working permits and approvals as per project requirement
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehousing teams for timely delivery of tools, equipment and materials
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for project requirements
• Maintain the health and safety of the construction area
• Performs other duties/ other functions/ other tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is required
• Candidate with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is an advantage
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to be deployed to project sites within or outside Metro Manila is required
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
