- Conduct quality inspections and audits for FTTH civil works, fiber installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning activities
- Verify compliance with approved designs, standards, methods, and safety requirements
- Ensure proper installation of fiber cables, closures, cabinets, ODFs, and customer premises equipment
- Review test results (OTDR, power meter readings, continuity tests) and validate network performance
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with contractors and project teams
- Prepare and maintain QA reports, inspection checklists, and quality documentation
- Participate in site acceptance inspections and handover processes
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies at all work sites
