• Conduct installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment or systems
• Provide technical support and on-site service to clients
• Assist in testing and commissioning of equipment
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of machines and devices
• Prepare service reports and documentation after field work
• Coordinate with engineers and clients regarding technical concerns
• Perform field work and travel when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Technical/Vocational course or related field
• With basic knowledge in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
• Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to do field work and travel
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications is an advantage
