Calvelo Engineered Services Corporation (CEServices) is looking for a Services Engineer – Security Systems who will be responsible for delivering technical services, preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and customer support for security and building systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities at client sites.
• Respond to assigned service calls and customer technical concerns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to fellow engineers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and work with Security Systems, particularly:
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Prepare detailed technical reports, including narrative, explanatory, and recommendatory reports.
• Conduct site surveys for additional installations, system requirements, and potential service opportunities.
• Monitor the progress of preventive maintenance activities and projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors, officers, dispatch/service personnel, and customers regarding service requirements.
• Ensure that all service activities are performed efficiently and in accordance with company and client standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of activities and outcomes through the company's helpdesk software and portal.
• Participate in technical trainings and seminars to continuously improve technical and professional skills.
• Promote teamwork and provide leadership and technical guidance to other engineers.
• Assist management in technical decision-making and in addressing site-related concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience or knowledge in CCTV and Access Control Systems is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Customer-service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure and in field-based environments.
• Willing to undergo training and learn other building management and technical systems.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, risk management, or change management is an advantage.
