Requirements:

• Filipino that can speak, read and write the Filipino Language.

• Open for Thai nationals that are currently residing outside the Philippines.

• Open for undergraduate and high school graduates.

• With at least a year of work experience in Team Lead is an advantage.

• Experience in customer service is a plus

•Willing to work within Metro Manila and shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Review performance dashboards, monitor scores, and provide support to agents based on performance parameters.

• Support agents in resolving basic issues and escalate complex problems.

• Ensure the team provides excellent customer service.

• Oversee and support the team through various processes.
