Description
- Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor new team members in production processes and best practices.
- Monitor production performance and report on metrics to management.
Requirements
