- Conduct training sessions for newly hired and existing employees.
- Develop and implement training materials, modules, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist operations management in improving productivity and work performance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements when necessary.Support employees during onboarding and operational transition periods.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding training needs and operational concerns.
- Maintain training records, reports, and employee progress documentation.
