• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning of production processes to align with supply chain management.
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols and operational best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies for efficiency.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong project management and leadership skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in planning and operations management
• Qualities and Traits: Team player with a strong work ethic
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of quality standards and food safety protocols
• Skills and Competencies: Experience with forecasting and supply chain management
• Willing to Work in Davao City (Paid Training will be in Laguna)
• Willing to be Assigned in Davao City ( Those came from Manila or Nearby provinces that are willing to work in Davao City)
