Responsibilities
- Guides, supports, monitors, execution of production plan by giving specific instructions to operator/ production personnel.
- Ensures operators compliance to standards, company policies, rules and regulations to meet section's KPI within allocated process/area of responsibility
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any engineering course
- With or without working experience
- Must have a Behavioral Competencies: People Management, Strong Leadership, High regards to discipline
- Must have computer knowledge, Communication and Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills
