Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities based on job orders and production schedules.
• Assign manpower and coordinate production activities across printing, converting, finishing, packing, and other relevant processes.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, quality, waste, and downtime against established targets.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved artwork, specifications, work orders, samples, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• a. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• b. At least 1 year in Supervisory position
• c. Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
• d. Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience
• e. Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO[TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred
• f. Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning
• g. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• h. Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
• i. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
