PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Valenzuela City
Salary: ₱23,000–₱28,000
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
At least 1 year supervisory experience
Experience in Printing & Packaging is an advantage
Strong production management and supervisory skills
Knowledge of GHP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FDA guidelines, and food safety standards is preferred
Can manage production schedules and planning
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Supervise daily production operations and manpower
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met
• Monitor quality, safety, and food safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address production issues and implement solutions
