Production Supervisor

Description

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement and monitor production schedules to meet output demands.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

a.      Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

b.      At least 1 year in Supervisory position

c.      Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage

d.      Strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management experience

e.      Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, 15022000, ISO[TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines and other related standards related to Food Safety preferred

f.       Ability to manage and adhere to Production Schedules and Production Planning

g.      Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

h.      Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols

i.        Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
