- Tracking of production activities and schedule
- Monitor facilities and maintenance works
- Dispensing and retrieving of tools/materials
- Preparation and checking of deliveries
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Monitor stock inventory
- Encoding of documents and reporting
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 1yr related work experience in admin/operations/inventory
- Professional work ethic and standards
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Can work independently
- Good reading comprehension
- Willing to do field work
- Residing within or near Valenzuela City
