Description
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor production metrics and address any issues that arise during operations.
- Train and mentor staff, promoting a strong work ethic and teamwork.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in production supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, planning, team player, operations management
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Skills and Competencies: Understanding of quality standards
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
