Production Supervisor

About the Role

A Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding a team on the production floor to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.
• Plan and assign production staff schedules and activities to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet targets.
• Develop and implement procedures for continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course in manufacturing or related field (college level preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in soap production, compounding operations, or similar manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. (GMP) and safety standards.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
