WE ARE HIRING: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Location: 154 E. Fresno Street, San Bartolome, California Village, Quezon City, 1116 Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

-Supervise and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

-Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and company policies.

-Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize production efficiency.

-Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with approved formulations, specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

-Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Regulatory, and Production Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.

-Monitor production output, minimize downtime, reduce material wastage, and recommend process improvements.

-Train, supervise, and evaluate production personnel to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and maintain accurate production records.

-Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and FDA inspections.

-Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

-At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, or personal care industry.

-Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and production planning.

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

-Willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City
