Production or Engineering work

Supervise and lead a team of either Engineering or Production

Personnel s crews

Implement either engineering or production best practices to

enhance operational efficiency

 Production in charge – are expected to supervise all phases of

work during his shift. Judiciously manages the resources of his shift to meet

the production schedule.

Engineering in charge – are expected to adopt hands on approach

in the planning, supervision, control and installation, repair, renovation and

maintenance of the extruder machine and all machineries. 

Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical

Engineering

Preferably with 3-5 of work experience in handling plastic

machineries and equipment, preferably one year of which is in supervisory  level.
