SURGENT HIRING: Production Supervisor (Printing Manufacturing Industry)

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in printing or packaging manufacturing and are passionate about leading production teams, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations.

Lead, motivate, and develop production personnel to achieve operational goals.

Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.

Implement and maintain quality assurance standards throughout the production process.

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflow.

Prepare production reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a printing or packaging manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of printing processes such as offset, digital printing, die cutting, cutting, or digital machines (experience in these areas is an advantage).

Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting.
