1.   Supervise the overall operation of the following processes: Extrusion and Winding

2.   Receive Production Order Form from Production Manager for production scheduling.

3.   Issue Work Order and Monitoring Form – Insulated Wire Section and Daily checklist

form to operators.

4.    Identify and requisitions materials and supplies needed for production.

5.    Ensure that the product being produced conforms to the quality and applicable legal

requirements.

6.    Monitor status of products in process.

7.    Train newly hired personnel (regular and casual).

8.    Evaluate employee performance on a regular basis.

9.    Monitor and reports to the Top Management the status of the attainment of the sections’
