*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Shift Management*: Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily shift operations for the Breadline to ensure production targets are met
- *Quality & Safety Compliance*: Strictly implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene protocols across the bakery production line
- *Process Efficiency*: Apply basic lean manufacturing tools like 5S and waste reduction to maximize line efficiency and minimize losses
- *Team Leadership*: Manage and motivate shift personnel in full compliance with local labor laws
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences, or any related engineering field
- *Experience*: At least 3 to 5 years of solid supervisory experience handling shift operations within a food manufacturing environment. Direct background in commercial bakery operations is highly preferred
- *Technical Mastery*: Deep, working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations, and lean principles (5S)
- *Traits*: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and an excellent communicator capable of handling large production teams
- *Work Setup*: On-site in Pasig City | 6 days a week | Flexible to work shifting schedules and holiday duties
