PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR FOODLINE & BREADLINE

• Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Shift Management: Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily shift operations for either the Foodline or Breadline to ensure targets are hit.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food hygiene protocols across the plant floor.
• Process Efficiency: Apply basic lean manufacturing tools like 5S and waste reduction to maximize line efficiency and cut losses.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate shift personnel in full compliance with local labor laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences, or any related engineering field.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid supervisory experience handling shift operations within a food manufacturing environment. (Direct background in commercial bakery or commercial food processing is highly preferred).
• Technical Mastery: Deep, working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety regulations, and lean principles (5S).
• Traits: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, and an excellent communicator capable of handling large production teams.



WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

• Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)
• Schedule: 6 days a week | Must be flexible to work shifting schedules and holiday duties to support continuous, round-the-clock line operations.
