Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Industrial Technology, Sciences or ant related engineering field.

3-5 years of supervisory experience in shift operations within a food manufacturing environment, preferably bakery or commercial food processing.

Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, food hygiene, basic lean tools (5S, waste reduction), and labor laws related to shift management.
