Production Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure that manufacturing targets are met while maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves supervising production staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least college graduate (Engineering, Food Technology, Business, or related field preferred)
• Preferably with experience from a meat processing company
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production flow, SOPs, and quality standards
• Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required
