The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with safety and quality standards, and achievement of production targets. This role involves leading production team, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring that all resources are used to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Enforce safety production policies
• Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members to optimize performance.
• Maintain production records and submit reports to management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; vocational or technical background may be acceptable with experience.
• Preferably at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Working knowledge in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Possess problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Preferably residing or coming from the place of work assignment (Consolacion, Cebu)
