1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of donut production to ensure efficiency and pruductivity.
2. Ensure compliance with health, cleanliness and safety regulations.
3. Ensure proper use and maintenance of donut/bread making equipment and machinery.
4. Ensure proper staffing levels, organize workflow and managing employee schedules.
5. Monitor inventory levels and usage.
6. Effectively analyze production costs, variance reports, identify areas for improvements and develop action plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Relevant experience in bakery commissary operations.
2. Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in the donut and bread manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food Safety.
4. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively.
5. Process-oriented and result-driven.
