The role shall oversee the operations performance per shift to ensure optimal product quality, line efficiency and reliability, and maximum profit. The main goal of the position is to manufacture food-grade products of top quality and comply with established specifications set by the company for its customers. Moreover, the Production Engineer shall ensure that the production lines are always aligned with the requirement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

(Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing Companies (Food).
• A graduate and licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Chemistry.
• Completed training in HACCP, Basic Supervisory Training, and GMP.
• Required competencies in Planning and Organizing, Quality Consciousness, Good communication, Strategic thinking, Innovation, Problem Solving, and Investigation, People Development, Mentoring, and Coaching
• Place of Assignment: Brgy. Madaum, Tagum City, Davao del Norte
• Salary Range: 16,000.00 - 20,000.00
