We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.. This is a vital role in ensuring all fabrication projects are managed efficiently and for a productive work environment for all employees at Wizard of ADS Inc. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities. 
• Monitor workflow, output, and production schedules to meet targets. 
• Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring safety and productivity. 
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 
• Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 
• Track production KPIs and prepare operational reports e.g PERT CPM 
• Manage inventory levels and oversee equipment performance. 

What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field. 
• 3–5 years of experience in production management, and structural costing of materials 
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. 
• Proven leadership and team-management skills. 
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities. 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or other process-improvement methods (preferred). 
• Proficiency in production software, MS Office, and reporting tools. 
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
