- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple teams within the cluster in a Manufacturing Company
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and efficiency across all teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on cluster performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- with work experience as Plant Supervisor in a Manufacturing Industry
- Proven experience in a leadership role within operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven track record of driving performance improvements.
