Description
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement quality control standards to maintain product quality.
- Coordinate with different departments to optimize production workflows.
- Manage inventory levels and support supply chain operations.
- Provide training and development for production staff.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Food Science, or related field.
- Experience Level:3-5 years of relevant experience in production supervision.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of market development and operations management.
- Skills and Competencies:Understanding of quality standards applicable to the agriculture industry.
- Skills and Competencies:Experience in swine operation management.
- Qualities and Traits:Effective leadership and communication skills.
