- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failure and downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues related to production machinery.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to minimize production disruptions.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company policies.
- Provide training and development support to maintenance staff.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electromechanical and pneumatic systems; strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Working Conditions: May require shifts in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, effective communicator, and team builder.
