*Job Responsibilities*
- *Operational Management*: Exercise full authority to guide, coordinate, supervise, and manage the daily production process
- *Department Metrics*: Drive continuous improvement across the Production Department's key pillars: Quality, Delivery Time, Cost, Safety, and Team Morale
- *Process Optimization*: Implement efficient workflow planning and lead production teams to meet tight manufacturing schedules
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: College Graduate and above
- *Experience*: At least 5 years of solid experience handling manufacturing production processes
- *Core Competencies*:
- *Lean Manufacturing*: Practical capability to reduce waste and optimize production lines
- *Financial Acumen*: Ability to perform accurate production cost analysis
- *Leadership & Planning*: Strong leadership, efficient planning capabilities, and excellent communication skills
- *Traits*: Highly responsible, proactive, and fully capable of taking charge of a shifting environment
