Asst. Production Supervisor (For Processed Meat operations)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any related field
  • Experience in processed meat operations or food manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to work in a production environment and flexible shifts
  • Must be a resident of Imus Cavite or any nearby location.
  • Can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing production activities for processed meat products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance on daily tasks
  • Coordinate with production, QA, and maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports
  • Help manage inventory of raw materials and supplies
