Job Qualifications:
- With background in Plant Operations
- Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical Engineer or any related course (with Safety trainings)
- With experience in Manufacturing company
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
- Monitor plant operations and ensure smooth workflow across all production lines
- Lead and guide production staff, ensuring proper training, discipline, and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and manpower
