Job Responsibilities

• Ensure strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all production processes
• Supervise daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor cleanliness and proper housekeeping of production areas, equipment, and personnel
• Conduct regular GMP inspections and audits within the production floor
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods
• Enforce proper use of PPE and hygiene protocols among production personnel
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance regarding GMP-related issues and corrective actions
• Investigate and report GMP deviations, non-conformities, and contamination risks
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, checklists, and audit reports
• Conduct GMP orientation and refresher training for production staff
• Support internal and external audits (ISO, FDA, customer audits, etc.)
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen GMP compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in:
• Engineering
• Food Technology
• Industrial Technology
• Chemistry
• Manufacturing-related or technical courses
• With at least 1–2 years experience in:
• Manufacturing environment
• GMP, Quality, or Production supervision
• Experience in plastic manufacturing (blow molding / injection molding / thermoforming) is an advantage
• Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, or FDA standards is an advantage
• Willing to work in a factory setting and shifting schedule

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of GMP standards and quality systems
• Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (blow molding, injection molding, extrusion)
• Ability to identify contamination risks and quality defects
• Knowledge in documentation and audit procedures
• Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and process improvement tools
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures
