RESPONSIBILITIES
- Match colors according to specifications and ensure accuracy in production.
- Analyze and adjust ink formulas to achieve desired color results.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate ink requirements and maintain records.
- Perform quality control tests to guarantee the consistency of color within batches.
- Maintain an organized database of ink formulas and color standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in ink matching or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong color perception and color matching abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in flexography and rotogravure processes
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, patience, and focus
- Responsibilities and Duties: Record-keeping of ink formulas for quality assurance
