A Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing or production process to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment.
• Assemble, pack, label, and inspect products.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials when needed.
• Report machine malfunctions or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (College level is an advantage).
• With or without experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
• Can follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
