The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, packaging, and handling of products while ensuring compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and preparation of products according to company standards.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and tools as assigned.
• Perform packing, labeling, and sorting of finished products.
• Ensure product quality and report any defects or issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor and record production data when required.
• Assist in inventory handling and stock management.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and production schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, and weekends if required.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
