The Manufacturing Assistant is responsible for executing the production process and order confirmation to recognize finished goods and raw material usage.

• Encodes production reports provided by manufacturing lines in SAP accurately.
• Ensures timely system recognition of finished goods and raw material usage.
• Performs Technical Completion (TECO) of process orders.
• Ensures timely generation of inbound delivery documents for transferring finished goods from the manufacturing line to the warehouse.

• A graduate of a bachelor's degree in office administration, Business Management or any business-related course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in SAP transactions and inventory, and system monitoring of raw and packaging materials.
• Fresh graduates with SAP Internship/OJT experience are qualified to apply.
• Related experience in manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.
