- Assist in the manufacturing process by operating machinery and equipment.
- Follow production schedules and ensure quality standards are met.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in production or operations environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Project management, planning, process improvement, quality standards, operations management, and inventory control.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in managing production schedules, ensure quality standards, and improve processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential shifts; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, proactive, and able to work in a team.
