Job Summary:

As a Production Staff member, you’ll be part of the backbone that keeps our kitchens and stores running smoothly. Your work ensures that every product leaving our commissary meets our exacting standards for taste, freshness, and presentation, from prepping ingredients to packing finished goods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper cooking and preparation of high-quality dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Ensure equipment, systems, and wares are working properly by following kitchen standards and SOPs, including cleaning and organizing protocols.
• Comply with food and workplace safety standards across all areas of the kitchen, coordinating with the commissary head and other members of the product development team.
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
• Ensure cleanliness, correct storage, and proper handling of all inventory and orders across all stages of fulfillment; must be capable of handling assignments across different stations.
• Maintain a strong awareness of food safety and sanitation guidelines; frequently review and assess kitchen procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Ensure that all staff strictly follow the guidelines of CQSMA (Cleanliness, Quality, Service, Maintenance, and Atmosphere).
• Perform other operation-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Open to college graduates, college-level undergrads, or at least High School/Senior High School graduates (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Willing to start ASAP.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Experience in food production/ food preparation, safety standards, kitchen, or commissary operations is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift supplies when needed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City or San Juan City.
