Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation: Mixing, grinding, and portioning raw materials (meats and vegetables) in bulk according to the company’s recipe and standard.
• Machinery Operation: Setting up, running, and monitoring industrial food processing equipment (such as mixers, stuffers, and steamers).
• Quality Control: Inspecting food items for shape, size, and texture, and removing defective products from the assembly line to ensure they meet Paotsin’s standards.
• Packaging and Labeling: Wrapping, packing, and sealing finished dimsum or sauces into containers or boxes.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Following strict food safety protocols, which include sanitizing workstations, thoroughly washing production equipment, and maintaining a clean manufacturing floor.
• Inventory Handling: Moving raw ingredients and finished goods between cold storage, the processing line, and delivery trucks.

Applicants must have following requirements:

• NBI, Barangay Clearances
• Birth Certificate, College Diploma/ TOR
• Certificate of Employment (from previous job),
• Mandatory Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig and TIN
• Medical: 5 Basic and Drug test (once hired)
