Position: Machine Operator

Department: Production

Reports To: Production Head

1. Job Summary

Ang Machine Operator ay responsible sa pag-operate at pag-maintain ng mga assigned na plastic manufacturing machines para masiguro ang efficient, safe, at high-quality na production.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

• Mag-operate ng plastic processing machines (hal. extrusion, injection molding, cutting, sealing, printing machines) ayon sa standard procedures.
• Mag-set up ng machines bago ang operation—calibration, loading ng materials, at pag-adjust ng settings.
• I-monitor ang machine performance tulad ng temperature, pressure, at kalidad ng output.
• Mag-conduct ng visual quality inspection ng finished products para masigurong pasado sa specifications.
• I-report agad sa Production Head kung may machine malfunction o production issues.
• Panatilihin ang kalinisan ng machines at work area ayon sa 5S standards.
• Sundin ang production schedule at tiyaking maabot ang daily target output.
• Mag-prepare ng production reports, material usage records, at downtime logs.
• Tumulong sa preventive maintenance kung kinakailangan.
• Sumunod sa safety guidelines at company policies sa lahat ng oras.

3. Qualifications

• High school graduate o vocational course graduate.
• At least 1 year experience sa machine operation sa manufacturing o plastic production
• Basic mechanical skills at understanding sa machine operations.
• Willing mag-shifting, overtime, at weekend work kung kailangan.
