Job Summary:

The Production Helper assists in the manufacturing process by providing support to machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff. This role ensures smooth operations on the production floor by performing manual tasks such as preparing materials, loading and unloading items, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and production staff with day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare, load, and move raw materials, tools, and equipment needed for production.
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting of products.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.
• Monitor materials and report shortages or defects to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper protective equipment at all times.
• Support in quality checking to ensure products meet company standards.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• With or without related work experience (training will be provided).
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or overtime as required.
• Team player, reliable, and hardworking.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of production processes (preferred but not required).
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
