Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• With 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
• Physically fit and willing to work overtime when needed
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with effective multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced spreadsheet knowledge
• Familiarity with time and motion studies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly line operations to maintain production efficiency and achieve set targets
• Conduct studies on productivity, layout, and process improvements to optimize manufacturing performance
• Monitor line progress and perform regular checks to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Lead 5S implementation, develop training programs for team members, and analyze assembly data to recommend improvements
