Job Summary

The Production Staff is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and quality checking of products such as coffee, juice, supplements, capsules, and powdered beverages. The role ensures that production operations meet company standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment
• Prepare raw materials for production
• Assist in mixing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging products
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and food safety guidelines
• Conduct basic quality checks during production
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Report machine issues, defects, or production problems to supervisors
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and finished products
• Meet daily production targets and schedules
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper PPE

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate
• Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to work long hours or shifting schedules
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good discipline and attention to detail
